I visited the shoes this weekend and was shocked at the way it has gone downhill.  I know it is busier but the customer base seems a little diverse to say the least.  Karaoke, slush puppy machine and takeaway food - not to mention the smokers blocking the main door - is this what a village pub should offer?

Should we not be giving the landlady of the three horse shoes a big pat on the back. When almost everything seems in decline here is a success story. Anyway its village life made up of diverse people that make up an interesting commuunity?

I always feel very intimidated on entering the pub via the main enterance by the rogue local businessmen who frequent this very characteristic establishment. I now use the side access to enter the bar area thus avoiding these abnoxious populace.

This public house is part of the villages heritage, so well done to the landlady who is trying her dammed hardest to keep this establishment alive during this turbulent climate.
